Welcome to the Employee Assistance Program

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a benefit provided to employees of AMR companies. The EAP Program is a consultation, information and referral service for all employees, their eligible family members and for retirees. This service is designed to help you identify and use resources, which will address personal and professional challenges. There is no charge to the employee and services are voluntary and confidential. (Except as required by state or federal law). The EAP Program is staffed by licensed and/or certified professionals who will assist you in getting help. The staff can provide referrals for drug or alcohol problems, psychiatric problems, counseling needs, legal, financial concerns.  Stress and Anxiety is affecting Americans like never before and our team is there to help.   Personal or family problems can seriously impair your health and morale. The EAP Program is available to guide you and your family regardless of the problem.  

The program has been designed to protect your confidentiality.  Your reason for participation in the EAP Program will be kept confidential.
